3 Keys to Change

It's easy to spot problems in our lives, big and small. It sucks because our brains kinda need this for survival. Hot stove no touchy, edge of cliff stay away, evil puppy do not pet... you get the jist.

However, that part of us can go into overdrive, and suddenly a resource becomes a hazard. For instance, having a fear of failing, avoiding standing your ground when your needs aren't being met, keeping others away to keep yourself from being hurt...

You'd think just by knowing this we'd be alright. Yet that's not the case. It's not enough to just change what we think: we have to become aware of and change how we feel and believe about the problems we are facing.

For instance, I can be aware that I need to change. But if I don't feel confident in changing or believe I'm eternally stuck, what I think about the issue does nothing for the change I need. By bringing feelings and beliefs connected to the problem you are facing into the radar, you gain a deeper awareness on the impact of the problem and the potential ways around it. That deep awareness could make conquering your obstacles a bit easier than you once thought...

I think the key to transforming your life is to be aware of who you are.
